Topic: Weight Loss
Hello!

I havent been on all week. bad me. i have had the same thing like almost every day though.

Breakfast- 3 eggs

lunch- ceasar salad (small)
4 slices of bacon

supper- chicken
veggies on frying pan...cucumbers, green peppers, broccoli

drinking lots of water....about 10 glasses a day

exercise tonight will be 30 minutes on treadmill and then 1 hour of yoga. feeling lazy right now. took a break last night from exercise. feeling much better today though. needed the break for my muscles.
i weigh 162 right now. thinking about celebrating when i get to 150. i might go out and buy something nice for me hehe. 12 more pounds to go!!!
